Inspector Fazlur Rahman, the investigating officer of the case, is to file the report on Oct 16.
The new deadline was announced by Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Golam Nabi on Wednesday.

Towhidur Rahman Gama, Shafiur Rahman Farabi, Aminul Mallick, Julhas Biswas, Md Zafran Hasan and Mannan Yahia are currently behind bars.
