Both Miraz and Priti are from Khulna.

The wedding formalities were completed at Khalishpur at Priti’s home in the presence of people close to the families on Thursday.

Miraz posted a photo of their wedding on Facebook and wrote: “Alhamdulillah...I am starting a new journey in my life today. I would like to request the blessings of all my fans and well wishers for my new beginning. May the Rahmat of ALLAH always shower upon us.”

Miraz’s wedding took place a day before pacer Mustafizur Rahman is scheduled to wed his cousin Samia Yasmin Shimu.

Batsman Mominul Haque’s wedding is lined up for Apr 19 while Sabbir Rahman tied the knot a few days ago.

Like Sabbir and Miraz, Mustafizur’s marriage ceremony is likely to be held after the Cricket World Cup.

Mominul, however, is not delaying the celebrations. The ceremony will be held on the day of his wedding.
