The Chattogram Development Authority on Wednesday, Mar 10, 2021 began demolishing parts of an 18-storey building constructed illegally by the University of Science and Technology Chattogram or USTC on the Goynachhara canal, which connects Moheshkhali Canal in Kattoli and Foy’s Lake in the port city.
