Darjeeling Para in Keokradong

Thirty-five families belonging to the Bawm tribe have set up a neighbourhood named Darjeeling Para at the foot of Bangladesh’s second-highest mountain peak Keokradong in Bandarban’s Ruma Upazila. A road dissects the locality into two unions. Eighteen families live in Ruma Sadar Union, while 17 others live in Remakri Pransa Union. Photo: Usithoyai Marma
